I have had the privilege of working closely with Rob since he joined BullsEye Telecom/Lingo in 2017. I have been consistently impressed by his expertise, dedication, and leadership in various critical areas of IT Infrastructure and Security.

One of his more recent notable achievements was successfully leading the Tenant-to-Tenant Email, Teams, and Distro Migration project. His meticulous planning and execution ensured a seamless transition, preserving data integrity and minimizing disruption. His ability to manage complex migrations demonstrated a deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 services and a commitment to maintaining operational continuity.

Rob displayed exceptional proficiency in managing Penetration Testing mitigation and remediation, exhibiting a profound understanding of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) / Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions, as well as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) deployments. He adeptly translated the findings of security assessments into actionable measures, effectively fortifying our systems against potential vulnerabilities.

His innovative approach was also evident in his contribution to the creation of a new revenue stream for the business by spearheading the Microsoft Teams Direct Routing Internal Deployment and Product Creation initiative. He not only showcased his technical acumen but also his ability to identify opportunities for growth and diversification.

The implementation of Laptop Imaging and Seamless Software Deployment brought a new level of automation and efficiency to our HelpDesk operations by Rob. This not only reduced manual workload but also streamlined the user experience, contributing to overall productivity gains.
His dedication to cutting-edge technologies was evident in the successful Azure Deployment and Proof of Concept for Cloud Computing. Rob effectively demonstrated the value of cloud services, laying the groundwork for potential future expansion into this domain.

Rob is an exceptional Manager who has consistently demonstrated significant skills in managing complex migrations, security enhancements, innovation, and process optimization. His technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking make him an invaluable asset to any organization.

Our Company, Tanglewood Investments Inc, bought Steel Industries Inc approximately 15 years ago. I was the Corporate IT director at that time. Steel Industries had three full time IT employees (two hardware and one Unix Programmer) plus a 3rd part-time employee. Rob Moore was full time and he worked under a very controlling and demanding IT supervisor who did not share the inner workings of IT with Rob. They operated on an older version of SCO Unix using an older server that was very outdated. Rob managed to learn everything he could by working with the Windows desktop systems, a Windows 2000 Server, the SCO Unix server and an obsolete telephone system. They used an emulator to connect the Windows Desktops to their Unix Business system.

We brought in a WAN link plus our standard MS Office, Exchange, Cisco Phones, Cisco Video Conferencing, CCTV video to oversee and record manufacturing processes (relayed back to Houston), our MRP system, HR, etc. Rob was the "local star" that made sure that all of this worked with very little supervision. If he didn't understand anything, he would ask for help. I eventually terminated the IT Supervisor and Rob was put in charge of IT at the 5 locations under the Steel Industries Blanket.

The old Unix Business system server started showing signs of failure so we carefully bought a more modern Server that could run our older version of SCO Unix. Rob made this server sing and we had many happy employees, all who loved Rob.

I am retired now and recommend Rob as a highly skilled individual who can learn and operate most anything IT related. He comes with my highest recommendation as someone that I would rehire in a jiffy.

Rob is one of those rare managers who also naturally serve as an inspiring mentor for the whole staff. Rob is a very skilled and experienced IT - professional, who has a deep understanding of the IT infrastructure, varied technologies and the complex interaction between business systems. 

He is very process oriented, detailed, efficiencies, and hard working. He is able to bring a sense of order to a complex project and guide it to a successful completion. These qualities most notably translate in his ability to motivate a team to care about its project and be invested in the project’s success.
